Skin Patch Tests should always be conducted with Amyris when using on someone topically for the first time. This oil should not be used internally. Using this oil in a diffuser will yield the internal benefits. Safe for pregnant women to use aromatically but not topically nor internally.
Topical : Dilute 4 parts Amyris to 1 part Jojoba and massage into the neck area for a sedative effect.
Aromatic : Diffuse 3-5 drops of Amyris to alleviate stress and anxiety, or to boost libido. 3-5 drops can also be diffused to ward off coughs, colds, the flu, and respiratory infections.
Open the bottle and take 4 to 5 deep breaths directly from the bottle for a calming effect.
Diffuse 4 to 5 drops nightly to promote restful sleep.
