100% Pure Caraway Essential Oil

Usage Instructions

Topical: Apply 3 drops of Caraway to the palm and add 6 drops of Black Cumin Seed- This mixture can be applied to:

 -The chest to break up congestion caused by coughs and colds

-Arthritic areas of concern to help with pain

-The temples and base of the neck to provide relief from headaches

-Facial skin to combat wrinkles and age spots 

-The abdomen of women experiencing a delay in menstruation. 

Aromatic: Diffuse 3-5 drops in a diffuser throughout the day to combat fatigue and depression, provide relief from allergies, and ward off insects.

Internal : Caraway can be used internally for intestinal worms, promote healthy liver, and heart function, increase appetite and improve digestion by putting 3 drops into an empty capsule with at least 6 drops of Black Cumin Seed. Alternatively, 3 drops of Caraway can be put into at least 8 oz of water/juice/tea. Always use a glass container. Mix 2 drops of Caraway essential oil with 6 oz of warm water and a pinch of salt and take by mouth to ease indigestion. 

Caraway may be used internally by new mothers who are breastfeeding, as it enhances the quality of and increases the yield of breast milk. Breastfeeding mothers who use Caraway int his fashion should dilute 3 drops of Caraway in a tablespoon of Raw, Local honey and take that mixture by mouth once per day. 

Precautions: Should not be used topically nor internally by pregnant women. While there aren't many precautions to consider for Caraway essential oil, there are some rare cases of high, concentrated doses causing skin irritation. 





Essential Oils should never be consumed without first consulting your doctor/aromatherapist/naturopath, etc. Skin Patch Tests should always be conducted when applying an essential oil topically for the first time.
