Usage Instructions

Topical :  Dilute 1 part Calmus and 1 part carrier oil and apply to the feet prior to bedtime to promote restful sleep.  

Aromatic : Diffuse 3-5 drops of Calamus while studying for a test as it helps with memory retention, focus and combats anxiety. 

Precautions :  The active constituent asorone can be toxic and is considered to be carcinogenic. It has narcotic effects that can lead to hallucinations if used in high doses. Prolonged internal use of this oil is not recommended. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not use this oil topically. This oil should also not be used internally.
