Usage Instructions

Precautions : Birch is not to be used internally. It can also cause skin irritations. Skin Patch Tests should always be conducted.

Topical : For muscle aches and fatigue, apply 1-2 drops of Birch oil directly on the sore muscle and massage gently. A toner made using low doses of Birch oil smoothes wrinkles overtime and tightens skin - Add 10 drops of Birch to a 2 oz spray bottle containing Rosewater or Aloe (or equal parts of both) and spray this mixture onto face after cleansing. This mixture can also be sprayed on skin that's experiencing symptoms of eczema.

Aromatic : Diffusing 3-5 drops of Birch induces a feeling of warmth and comfort - It is ideal to diffuse during colder months.
