100% Pure Ajowan Essential Oil

Usage Instructions

Precautions : Not to be used during pregnancy. Not to be used internally in children, or the elderly. 

Topical : For acne, dilute 3 parts Ajowan with 2 parts carrier oil and apply directly to affected areas with a q-tip.

To improve circulation, dilute 4 parts Ajowan with 1 part carrier oil and massage for 2-3 minutes into the area of concern.

To improve digestion, dilute 3 parts Ajowan with 2 parts carrier oil and massage into abdomen every few hours as needed.

To treat infections, dilute 1 part Ajowan to 4 parts carrier oil and apply directly to the location of the infection.

To ease muscle aches and fatigue, dilute 3 parts Ajowan with 2 parts carrier oil and massage directly into the area of pain. Repeat as needed every 2-3 hours.

Aromatic : Diffuse 3-5 drops of Ajowan to cleanse the air cleanse the mind and help to surmount mental exhaustion. You can also diffuse 3-5 drops throughout the night  to promote restful sleep. 

Internal : For toothaches, add 2 drops to the end of a q-tip and apply to the area of pain for 15-20 seconds
