Dilute 1 part Ajowan to 4 parts Black Seed and apply directly to the location of the infection.
To treat infection in the lungs, diffuse 4 to 5 drops in an ultrasonic diffuser.
Dilute1 part cassia to 4 parts carrier oil. Apply directly to the location of the infection.
Start with 1 to 2 drops of cinnamon oil in 1 to 2 teaspoons of a carrier oil. Apply diluted cinnamon oil to the location of the infection.
Dilute1 part clove to 4 parts carrier oil. Apply directly to the location of the infection.
Dilute 1 to 1 with Black Seed Oil and apply directly to the location of the infection.
Apply 1 to 2 drops directly to the location of the infection.
Diffusing the oil, inhaling directly or with steam are all gentle ways to get most oils into your system. Lime can also be applied topically, either over the area in question or massaged into the reflex points of the feet.
For athlete's foot add a drop to your shoes, massage into the feet, or soak in a foot bath of sea salt and 2-3 drops of melaleuca.
Add 1 to 2 drops directly to the location of the infection. In the case of viral lung infection, add 2 to 4 drops to your diffuser nightly and breath.
Depending on the type of infection, consider topical, aromatic, or internal applications.
For athlete's foot massage into the feet, add a drop to shoes, soak socks in warm water and 2 drops of oregano or add 1-2 drops in a foot bath.
Dilute 1 drop of thyme oil to 4 drops of a carrier oil and then apply directly to infection.
