Antiviral



Ajowan, Anise Star, Cassia, Cinnamon, Clove, Gingergrass, Helichrysum, Lime, Tea Tree, Melissa, Myrrh, Oregano, Thyme


AJOWAN

Dilute 1 part Ajowan to 4 parts Black Seed Oil and apply directly to the location of the infection.

 

ANISE STAR

To treat infection in the lungs, diffuse 4 to 5 drops in an ultrasonic diffuser.

 

CASSIA

Dilute 1 part cassia to 4 parts carrier oil.  Apply directly to the location of the infection.

 

CINNAMON

Start with 1 to 2 drops of cinnamon oil in 1 to 2 teaspoons of a carrier oil.  Apply diluted cinnamon oil to the location of the infection.

 

CLOVE

Dilute 1 part Clove to 4 parts carrier oil.  Apply directly to the location of the infection.

 

GINGERGRASS

Dilute 1 to 1 with Black Seed Oil and apply directly to the location of the infection.

 

HELICHRYSUM

Apply 1 to 2 drops directly to the location of the infection.

 

LIME

Diffusing the oil, inhaling directly or with steam are all gentle ways to get most oils into your system. Lime can also be applied topically, either over the area in question or massaged into the reflex points of the feet.

 

TEA TREE

For athlete's foot add a drop to your shoes, massage into the feet, or soak in a foot bath of sea salt and 2-3 drops of melaleuca.

 

MELISSA

Add 1 to 2 drops directly to the location of the infection.  In the case of viral lung infection, add 2 to 4 drops to your diffuser nightly and breath. 

 

MYRRH

Depending on the type of infection, consider topical, aromatic, or internal applications.

 

OREGANO

For athlete's foot massage into the feet, add a drop to shoes, soak socks in warm water and 2 drops of oregano or add 1-2 drops in a foot bath. 

 

THYME

Dilute 1 drop of thyme oil to 4 drops of a carrier oil and then apply directly to infection.
