Blue Tansy, Chili Seed, Clove, Pine Needle, Rosemary, Tangerine


BLUE TANSY

Dilute 4 parts to 1 part Grapeseed and rub over abdomen once daily. 

 

CHILI SEED

Dilute 4 parts with 1 part Grapeseed and massage into feet before bed.

 

CLOVE

Add several drops to a veggie capsule once a day or add to food as a dietary supplement. 

 

PINE NEEDLE

Diffuse 4 to 5 drops daily to boost antioxidants.

 

ROSEMARY

Inhale directly, massage into the feet daily, or take as a supplement, either in cooking or in a capsule. 

 

TANGERINE

Add 2 to 3 drops daily to 8 ounces of water, coffee, or juice.
