How to use these oils:
To create a calming effect for your child with autism mix the following:
-- 30 drops Tangerine
-- 30 drops Orange
-- 30 drops of Ylang Ylang
-- 25 drops of Patchouli
-- 5 drops of German Chamomile
Mix in a 5ml carrier bottle and then add 9 drops to a Tablespoon of carrier oil (Argan or Grapeseed) and massage into neck and chest areas.
Other ways to use these oils for Autism symptoms:
Diffuse Cedarwood, Lavender, and Vetiver (add orange or tangerine to soften the aroma of the Vetiver)
For tummy issues rub a mixture of Orange, Tangerine, and Peppermint on the tummy in a clockwise direction.
You can also use the oils on a tissue and insert into the pillow at night or rub on the bottoms of the feet. Some Autistic children are very sensitive to smells.
Another great spot for using the blends you can make with this kit is at the base of the neck at the back of the head. Cedarwood, Lavender, and Vetiver work great on this area.
If your child is having a hard time waking up, use peppermint, orange or tangerine in the diffuser in the morning.
