Anxiety



Aniseed, Bergamot, Black Pepper, Copaiba, Lavender, Lemon, Orange, Neroli, Ylang Ylang


ANISEED

Diffuse 3 to 4 drops as needed in an ultrasonic diffuser to reduce the symptoms of anxiety.

 

BERGAMOT, LAVENDER, NEROLI, YLANG YLANG

Diffuse 3-5 drops of any combination of the oils above throughout the day around someone suffering from severe anxiety/PTSD symptoms

 

BLACK PEPPER

Rub 2 to 3 drops in the palms of your hands and inhale deeply as needed.

 

COPAIBA

To increase the effectiveness of Lemon or Orange for anxiety, blend copaiba in a 1 to 1 ratio before using topically or aromatically.

 

LEMON

Place a drop in your hands to inhale, rub a drop into long or short hair, or diffuse through the room during times of anxiety.  

 

ORANGE

The aromatic use of orange can calm the nervous system and the mind. Try rubbing a drop between your hands and cupping to your nose in times of stress.
